About Us

Baking and decorating is what I do best, it is in my genes. It has been my hobby since I can remember. More than that, cake decorating is a family business.  My mother is an incredibly talented cake decorator and an amazing baker, both qualities she inherited from her mom. We all grew up around cakes, with
all the wonderful, comforting smells filling the air. Even my great-grandmother was a profesional cake decorator, specializing in sugarpaste and gumpaste flowers that looked just like the real thing!  Hers are most of the recipes I still use, and from these great women comes my inspiration to apply all these traditions and knowledge to A Piece of Cake.
What we strive for is to provide you with the best tasting wedding cake you have ever tried,
and for it to look truly beautiful.
